And I would be too! I am mailing off my Williams-Sonoma Registry tomorrow and will be waiting like it’s Christmas Eve!!! NOTHING NEEDS TO BE PURCHASED, THE REGISTRY JUST MUST SHOW THAT YOU HAVE THE ITEMS ON IT.
To Receive Your Free Calphalon Unison 8″ Fry Pan
1) Create a registry at Williams-Sonoma
2) Print out the registry showing that you have at least $600 worth of Calphalon Cookware on it
3) Print out and complete the mail-in coupon here; mail it AND the printed registry to the address listed on the mail-in coupon.

Hi! I see that the form you link to at Williams-Sonoma says it’s for Calphalon’s offer at the top, but the actual form below that is for Wusthof’s offer.
Is this the same form your friend filled out?
